  • Returns are accepted within 3-5 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In the same condition as received

📌 Certain items (such as sale items or worn jewelry) may not be eligible for return.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will take full responsibility
  • For other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your request within 2-3 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the  bank transfer payment method
  • Exchanges (if applicable) will be shipped as soon as possible
